Responsibilities

  • Provides attentive, polished, and friendly guest service.
  • Delivers food accurately and confidently without auctioning dishes.
  • Assists in maintaining a refined dining room environment consistent with AAA 4-Diamond stand-ards. 
  • Clears, cleans, and resets tables according to presentation standards.
  • Maintains clean, organized, and fully stocked workstations and service areas.
  • Assists servers with table maintenance and guest support throughout the dining experience.
  • Responds professionally to guest requests and communicates needs to appropriate team mem-bers.
  • Maintains working knowledge of menu items, cocktails, wine, and whiskey selections.
  • Polishes silverware and glassware to uphold presentation standards.
  • Anticipates guest and operational needs through observation and teamwork.
  • Adheres to appearance, hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborates effectively with all front-of-house and support staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Completes side work and other assigned duties in a timely manner.
  • Work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Exceptional guest service skills required. 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age. 
  • One to three months related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • General knowledge of restaurant menus, cocktails, wine, and whiskey offerings preferred. 
  • Ability to maintain professional, courteous, and effective working relationships with all levels of the organization and outside business contacts. 

 

Certificates, Licenses, Regulations

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency. 
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Washington State Health Card (Food Worker Card). 
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Washington State Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) Class 12/13 Mixologist Permit. 

 

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Constantly requires the ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication. The position requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Requires repetitive movement daily with sedentary work, occasional bending and crouching. There are no adverse conditions, but employee is exposed to tobacco smoke on a regular basis. This is a 24 hour, 7 days a week work operation.
