Responsibilities

  • Greets arriving and departing guests in a friendly and positive manner, and provides information and/or direction as requested.
  • Assists drivers and passengers in and out of vehicles.
  • Assists hotel guests with luggage.
  • Parks and retrieves guest vehicles in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operates transport vehicles for shuttle guest and/or employees as required.
  • Accurately documents times of guest arrival, departure and other pertinent vehicle information on required forms.
  • Conducts and records accurate vehicle + coat check as directed.
  • Reports unusual or suspicious activity in parking area or unsafe vehicle conditions to a supervisor and/or the Security department.
  • May assist with evacuation plans and routes.
  • Receiving personal guest items for holding.
  • Advises supervisor of any guest issues or problems.
  • Keeps up to date with casino events.
  • Must maintain confidentiality requirements.
  • Work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Exceptional guest service skills required.
  • Minimum of one year driving experience
  • Must be able to drive any make or model of a car, truck and handicapped equipped vehicles, have skills to drive all manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Must not have had any major motor vehicle violations in the past five (5) years.
  • Must not have had driver’s license suspended, denied or revoked with the last three (3) years.
  • Strong and outgoing verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.

 

Certificates, Licenses, Regulations

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency and Washington State.
  • Valid Washington State Driver License.


Physical Demands and Work Environment

Constantly requires the ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication. The position requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Requires the ability to walk/stand outdoors for an entire shift.
